Learn by Doing
Take risks, don’t be afraid of mistakes and set yourself short-term objectives to achieve.
Be demanding, especially of yourself
Work hard, push yourself and constantly improve yourself.
Concentrate on the project’s reality
Speak to your ‘clients’, whether internal or external, to make sure that it’s their vision of results that you’re most concerned about – and not your own. Reality is something that is shared. For OWI, it’s the team, clients and partners.
Show that you are loyal, dignified and sincere
Be accountable for what you do, commit yourself, and look only for solutions, not where blame can be laid.
Pay attention to your colleagues’ weaknesses; don’t be afraid of your own
Show your support when you feel that someone is having trouble. Say when you need help when you’re evaluating the importance of a risk.
Accept that working with others brings some disorganization
It’s because others shake up our way of thinking that they make us better. You can protect your own effectiveness and still help others tell you their thoughts and requests. Help them to understand you.
Make being different a strength
Be original, innovate, be open-minded.
Stay in a startup mindset
Find solutions when problems seem unresolvable. Don’t execute – open new paths. Accept contradiction and change your mind.
All AI projects are tough. Our technology works. It’s our conviction that makes it possible to find solutions, to convince naysayers, to succeed and to grow.
